Ageing well workshops and talks
In our interactive workshops older people explore steps everyone can take for healthier and happier ageing, whatever their circumstances and age.
Topics covered include physical activity, social connection, food and drink, emotional wellbeing and keeping the brain healthy. We can come to your group, and our workshops typically last one-hour. We can also deliver shorter talks where that would be more appropriate.
The workshop was well thought out and the length of time it ran for was just right. Our members enjoyed the interaction with each other. This enabled them to find out other ways of looking after themselves, and they could pick up tips from one another. By attending the workshop, our members have been given information verbally and by booklet that can improve their everyday living and health.
