Our helpline is a free, confidential phone service for older people, their carers and families in Scotland.
We work to improve the lives of people over the age of 50 Scotland. We provide a free helpline, support older people’s groups, promote age and dementia friendly communities, deliver health and wellbeing programmes, and campaign on behalf of older people.

Sometimes you just need a friendly chat. Our friendship service advisers provide a listening ear on the end of the phone and can also connect you with groups and services in your local area.
