Our awards recognise the hard work and dedication of individuals, groups and organisations making a positive difference to the lives of older people in Scotland.

Nomination forms can be completed by using the online form below, or by downloading and printing a completed form by email or post. Before completing the nomination form, please ensure you have read the Nomination Guidelines.
