The Loony Dook has grown in popularity over the years, first started by a group of hungover friends in 1986, who jumped into the Firth of Forth to freshen up, the plunge has become a loved Scottish tradition.
The exhilaration of a cold-water swim, along with supportive spectators, dressing up and some amazing fundraising for charity, what better way is there to bring in the New Year?
Entry Costs: This event is not organised by Age Scotland and may not be manned by any other organiser or emergency responders.
