If you have had at least one day's paid service in uniform with the British Armed Forces as a Regular, Reservist, National Serviceman or Merchant Mariner you may be entitled to extra opportunities and support, which can help in later life.

Our helpline is there to support you with later life’s challenges and to help you enjoy its opportunities. The helpline team can also provide older ex-Armed Forces personnel with specialist information and advice and make referrals to our partners in the Unforgotten Forces consortium.
