Dementia Awareness Self Study

Once you've signed up, the Dementia Training Team will be notified via email. You can expect an email with general instructions, as well as your username and password for our learning platform, Moodle, to arrive in the following days. You will have access to course contents for two months from your starting date. 

Please note: Sign-ups are only processed between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. You only need to sign up once and should not be concerned if you don't receive your instructions right away. If you have not received your email in over a week, please contact the team using the email below.
