An Introduction to the Carers (Scotland) Act (Unpaid Carers) 17 March

An interactive online session aimed at unpaid carers in Scotland. This workshop will provide an introduction to the Carers (Scotland) Act and what this means for carers, with a particular focus on the Adult Carer Support Plan. Learn more about what your rights are as a carer and how to access these.
This training is free. Sessions are limited to 16 participants. Organisations may send more than one participant: these must be registered separately and if there is excess demand, a cap of two participants per organisation may be applied. If you would like to organise a video conference session for your whole group at a different time, please email dementiatraining@agescotland.org.uk
The session will take place via video conference and the joining instructions - along with the workshop aims - will be sent to you in advance of the session. Please contact rachel.davison@agescotland.org.uk if you have any questions.
This workshop is for unpaid carers of people living with dementia, such as family and friends of someone living with dementia.
