Prevention and Living Well - 5th February

Couple walking

Research tells us that there are many factors which increase our chances of developing dementia. By turning these risk factors on their heads, we can learn about the many changes that can be made to different aspects of our lives which can both reduce the risk of developing dementia and to live better after a diagnosis of dementia. This short course explores this important issue and provides guidance for participants for their own lives as well as for the people living with dementia they support.

This training is free. Sessions are limited to 16 participants. Organisations may send more than one participant: these must be registered separately and if there is excess demand, a cap of two participants per organisation may be applied. If you would like to organise a video conference session for your whole group at a different time, please email dementiatraining@agescotland.org.uk

The session will take place via video conference and the joining instructions will be sent to you in advance of the session.
