Health and Wellbeing
Everyone can take steps for healthier and happier ageing, whatever their circumstances and age.
Age Scotland offers a wide range of information and advice guides, resources, and activities to help boost older people’s health and wellbeing, with a focus on simple and practical measures that older people can take to age better, including moving more, eating well and staying hydrated.
Our health and wellbeing team deliver in-person healthy active ageing sessions, accessible to all, as well as resources designed to encourage organisers of community groups and services to explore and improve the health and wellbeing of their members and service users aged 50 and over.
