Charity to enable more patient feedback on NHS
Age Scotland has joined forces with Patient Opinion to encourage NHS users to express their opinion on the services they have received.
The Charity has added Patient Opinion's online feedback interface to its website, enabling members of the public to share their views on what's good, and what might be improved, in NHS services.
Age Scotland spokesperson Hannah Lister said: "Older people are a major recipient of hospital care and their feedback on the treatment that they receive deserves to be voiced. By highlighting good practice, and by shining a light on areas of concern, we believe services like Patient Opinion are key to building a better picture of how hospitals and community based health services in Scotland are treating our older population, and ensuring that they continually improve."
