Enterprises gets full marks from Which?

Which? magazine has investigated home and car insurance providers to expose hidden fees for policy changes. The survey has revealed that Age UK Enterprises is one of very few providers in the market that offers customers the option to pay by monthly instalment at no extra cost and to make changes to their policy without having to pay an administration fee.
As a result. Age UK Enterprises home and car insurance products have both scored 100% and made it to the top out of 39 car insurers and 34 home insurers reviewed.
Age Scotland Enterprises Manager Logan Steele says: "We're absolutely thrilled about this result. We believe that the price a customer is quoted is the price they should pay, and that they should have the option to make adjustments to their policy if their personal circumstances change without being penalised.
"We want to make sure our customers get what they expect and don't receive any unpleasant surprises - and it's great to see that the Age UK family's efforts in this regard are recognised by Which?"
