How to Improve Your Sleep - Workshop & Webinar

Did you know that sleeping difficulties affect up to 50% of employees; and that sleep-related issues cost employers approximately £1,248 per employee each year?

Sleep is the building block of good health and bad sleep has incredible knock-on effects for physical, mental, and emotional well-being no matter your age. These include reduced concentration, poorer decision-making, lessened mental and physical health.

In the workplace this may result in lower productivity, accidents and mistakes, low engagement and morale and increased risk of sickness, absences, and early retirement.

"I would definitely recommend this training to anyone! It gives you great insight into the science of sleep and the impact it has on personal and professional life.”
