Unconscious Bias

Older woman in younger group

Unconscious bias affects workplace culture, productivity, and retention. Our Immersive Unconscious Bias workshop helps identify and address these biases, creating a more inclusive and effective workplace

Our Immersive Unconscious Bias workshop uses a range of digital media to help participants explore unconscious bias in a safe, interactive way. Through these materials, they’ll experience both their own reactions to bias and the impact of others’ biases. The session covers all protected characteristics from an intersectional perspective, highlighting how our unique identities shape our work experiences.

98% of attendees would recommend the workshop to a colleague.

Studies show that diverse teams make better decisions 87% of the time. Make sure your workplace culture embraces and celebrates diversity by booking our three-hour workshop - available online or in person

As a result of attending this workshop, attendees will:

  • Understand what unconscious bias is
  • Understand the implications of unconscious bias in the workplace
  • Learn how to better recognise their own biases and manage them effectively
  • Learn how to apply unconscious bias awareness to everyday workplace situations

The workshop was well thought-out and engaging. I enjoyed going into breakout groups to discuss how we felt. It was really interesting too and always very thought-provoking.
